ASPP's mission is to promote the increase and dissemination of psychoanalytic and psychological knowledge through meetings, professional contacts, reports, papers, discussions, and publications; to advance professional interests and inquiry; to encourage high standards in the practice of psychoanalysis and psychotherapy; and to foster professional and social interchange among the Membership.
